These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with https://laborator.co (the “Service”) operated by Laborator Themes LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or purchasing any products, as they apply to all visitors and users of the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, please discontinue using the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you will be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, but not limited to, your payment details and billing information. Purchases are processed through Freemius. Laborator Themes LLC does not directly manage payment processing, and all transactions are subject to Freemius’ End User License Agreement (EULA) and Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized transactions are suspected.
License
Our products are sold under a license agreement. Each purchase includes a license for one user and one website unless otherwise specified. You are not allowed to resell, distribute, or bundle our products with other products.
Licenses for our products are not transferable without our express permission. Support is provided only to the original license holder.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for subscription renewals. You will receive a notification 30 days before your renewal date, allowing you the option to cancel the subscription before the payment is processed.
- Refunds are only available for your first purchase. Additional purchases or license upgrades are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- You decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
- You expected different functionality not described in the product details.
- You bought the product by mistake or simply changed your mind.
- You fail to provide a valid reason for the refund request.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5-10 business days. By purchasing a product from our website, you agree to our refund policy.
Support
We provide support only to customers with an active support subscription and valid license. Support covers installation, configuration, and minor adjustments to help you set up the theme on your WordPress website. However, we do not provide extensive customizations or offer support for third-party plugins that are not part of the theme package.
Support is offered via our Support System only. We do not offer support through social media, phone calls, or any other channels outside of our official support system.
Updates
Product updates, including security patches and new features, are available to customers with an active license. To receive automatic updates, you will need to enter your License Key in the WordPress admin area of your website. Updates can also be performed manually via FTP if required.
Price Changes
Laborator Themes LLC reserves the right to modify the price of any product at any time. This does not affect licenses purchased before the change. Subscription renewals will continue at the original price unless otherwise specified in the renewal notification.
Limitation of Liability
Laborator Themes LLC, including our directors, employees, partners, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from the use of our products or services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Kosovo.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the revision is significant, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
